The ideal candidate will oversee preparation of Financial Reports, Business Analysis Reports, Postings of Account Receivables and Payables and follow up of collections.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of all reports including financial reports and other relevant business analysis & key operational reports as required by the BM & CEO
  • Post customer payments into accounting software (XERO) and ERP system on www.laundrybytimesignature.com
  • Follow up on order collections
  • Presentatiom of invoices and account statements periodically to customers.
  • Presentation of performance reports in conjunction with the Busness Manager.
  • Monitoring and reporting of KPIs, key bisness metrics and key operational indicators.

Qualifications

  • Degree (B.Sc, HND, ND)
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power Point and Word (Intermediate level with MS Excel)
  • Strong bias for figures and critical thinking

  • Accounting ATS or relevant business analyst qualification
